Hailing from a strong foundation centered in service to his community as a Minister and a military background, his journey commenced as a proud Marine, where he imbibed the values of discipline, courage, and a strong sense of duty. His service to his country instilled in him a profound love for community and a desire to make a positive impact in young lives.

Following his honorable service in the United States Marine Corps, he embarked on a diverse and fulfilling career, serving with distinction in various law enforcement agencies, including the San Diego Sheriff's Office, the San Diego Police Department, the University of Washington Police Department, and the Lake Stevens Police Department. As a School Resource Officer, he was dedicated to fostering safe and nurturing learning environments for students.

Throughout his law enforcement career, his unique ability to connect with people led him to excel as a Hostage Negotiator, skillfully navigating tense situations with empathy and understanding. While he thrived in the fast-paced world of law enforcement, his passion for empowering young minds beckoned him toward new horizons.

As a Commercial Drone Pilot, Alan found an innovative way to blend storytelling and education. He used drone technology to capture breathtaking aerial footage of nature's wonders, historical landmarks, and diverse cultures, employing these visual spectacles to inspire and educate children about the world's marvels.
Driven by his commitment to uplifting youth, he founded two impactful organizations: "Youth Factor Inc.," providing mentorship and support to at-risk youth, and "STRETCH Enterprises," an imaginative Educational Theater Company fusing storytelling, theater, and interactive learning to engage and enlighten young audiences.
